LHI Tutl'it Services is led by George Lacerte, a member of the Nadleh Whut'en Nation. Through George's leadership, LHI has become a major resource management company since it partnered with Stephen Bros. Contracting and TDB Consultants in 2008. It has grown in size, stability and capacity. LHI has developed a model of working with other bands to create opportunities for their members' employment and to build up the local work force. Today, LHI provides the resources and equipment to plan and carry out activities in Resource Developemnt from surveying, engineering, mapping, clearing and harvesting. It offers innovative techniques, safe work procedures and quality assurance in all the projects it undertakes. In 2013 LHI was recognized for Outstanding Business Achievement from the 2013 BC Aboriginal Business Awards.

Borealis Carbon Offsets Ltd. is a developer of afforestation and conservation projects, and a supplier of offsets from a leading portfolio of projects in renewable energy, methane destruction, fuel switching, and energy efficiency. TDB works closely with Borealis when its clients are in need of carbon offset services or any other environmentally conscientious services Borealis offers.
TDB has partnered with UNBC on numerous research projects. The relationship is very positive and provides an excellent bridge to support technological innovation within Forestry and Geomatics disciplines.
